Buttery sugar cookie-like crust is filled with cooked tropical fruits like coconut, guava and pineapple, then baked to golden perfection. New Flavor combos like Pina Colada (pineapple mixed with coconut) and Pina Guava (guava puree topped with stewed pineapple) are also available.

Buttery sponge cake that is made and soaked with Virgin Islands Cruzan Rum then drizzled with a rum flavored glaze. Flavors available: Coconut, Passion Fruit, Pineapple, and Vanilla

Caribbean Black Cake:
Dense fruit cake made with a melange of minced fruit that is first soaked in dark rum then folded into a rich brown sugar spice cake batter. After mixing, this treat is then slowly baked. When done, it is drenched with cherry flavored liqueur. Black cake is traditionally enjoyed during the holidays and for special occasions (think weddings). It is primarily offered plain and cut into small pieces to be used as a wedding favor, but it can also be decorated like a wedding cake, or simply covered with a layer of rolled fondant or home made marzipan with rolled fondant.

Inspired by the layer cakes of Vienna, Austria, and unique to the US Virgin Islands, the Vienna cake is a multilayered yellow cake filled with fruit preserves. At Simply Desserts, our Vienna cake is comprised of 6 layers of buttery yellow cake filled with 5 layers of delicious preserves. Vienna cakes are available in many sizes from 7″- 12″.
