Caribbean Rum Cake: Available Year Round

  • Incredibly moist buttery sponge cake, baked in a fluted bundt pan, that is soaked with authentic Virgin Islands Cruzan Rum and drizzled with a smooth rum glaze. Available in Coconut, Passion Fruit, Pineapple, and Vanilla.

Traditional Caribbean Black Cake: Available Year Round
  • Dark, rich, and deeply traditional. Made with minced fruits that is first soaked in dark rum, then drenched with a sweet cherry liqueur after baking.
      • Black cake is traditionally enjoyed during the holidays and for special occasions. Available plain, with fondant, or with traditional marzipan.

Virgin Islands Vienna Cake: Available Year Round
  • The ultimate celebration masterpiece. Inspired by the layer cakes of Vienna, Austria, and unique to the US Virgin Islands, the Vienna cake is a multilayered yellow cake filled with fruit preserves. At Simply Desserts, our Vienna cake is comprised of 6 layers of buttery yellow cake filled with 5 layers of delicious preserves (apricot, guava, pineapple, strawberry and raspberry. Vienna cakes are available in sizes from 7″- 10″.
