All custom cakes have three layers of cake with two layers of filling, except sheet cakes which have 2 layers of cake and 1 layer of cake, and some tiered and 3-D cakes that may have 4+ layers of cake and 3+ layers of filling which will be determined by the design.

Layered cakes: start at $2.50 per serving for butter cream; start at $3.25 per serving for fondant

Tiered cakes: start at $3.50 per serving for butter cream; start at $4.50 per serving for fondant

2-D carved cakes: start at $3.00 per serving for butter cream; start at $3.75 per serving for fondant

3-D carved cakes: start at $5.00 per serving for butter cream; start at $6.25 per serving for fondant

Wonky tiered cakes: start at $4.50 per serving for butter cream; start at $5.75 per serving for fondant

Hand molded sugarpaste items: price varies (but start at $5.00 per item)

Gumpaste flowers and sprays: price varies

Edible images: $10.00 for small (7x11) and $15.00 for large (11x14) (electronically emailed images); scanned and touched up photos add $5.00- $10.00.

Cupcakes

All cupcakes come with a filling and are frosted with Vanilla Italian Meringue buttercream.

Basic cupcakes: $2.25 - $2.95 depending on flavor

Jumbo cupcakes: $2.75-$3.45 depending on flavor

Chocolate buttercream: add $.25 per cupcake

Rolled fondant: add $.50 per cupcake

Hand molded items: $.25-$5.00 each

All cupcakes require a 1 dozen minimum order. For orders over 2 dozen, flavor changes are allowed in ½ dozen increments. Final price per cupcake will be determined by the flavor and design.

Decorated Sugar Cookies

Custom decorated sugar cookies start at $4.00 per cookie and are individually packaged and tied with fabric ribbon to match the decoration.

Themes available are: wedding, baby shower, bridal shower, birthday, graduation, sports

Undecorated sugar cookies start at $1.50 per cookie and are not wrapped.

All decorated sugar cookies require a 1 dozen minimum.

Drop Cookies

2-4 dozen: $1.25 each

4-8 dozen: $1.05 each

8+ dozen: $.90 each

Cookies with nuts: add $3.50 per 2 dozen

Cookies with dried cherries: add $3.50 per 2 dozen

Cookies with white chocolate chips: add $2.00 per 2 dozen

Caribbean Fruit Tarts

Fruit tarts are approximately 8-9” wide and generously serve 8-10 persons. They are $24.00 each.

Flavors available are coconut, guava, and pineapple.

Delivery Charges

Simply Desserts is happy to deliver your dessert to your event location. Delivery charges cover our time, fuel costs and setup (where applicable).

There is a fixed rate price for deliveries to the following locations:

Downtown Baltimore: $50.00

Downtown Annapolis: $50.00

Washington, D.C.: $75.00

All other destinations are based on distance from Columbia, MD and are detailed below:

0-15 miles            $30.00

16-20 miles         $37.50

21-25 miles         $45.00

26-30 miles         $52.50

31-35 miles         $60.00

41-45 miles         $75.00

Delivery of wedding and custom cakes that have elaborate setups (i.e. cupcake towers, cascading cake stands, pillars, and fountains, etc.) will have an additional setup fee of $20.00.
