Who We Are...
After baking for many years as a hobby, Kathryn Wallace Boschulte decided to pursue her dreams by entering the delicious and creative world of the Culinary Arts. In pursuit of her dreams, she enrolled as a night student at Baltimore International College while working full time as an environmental consultant with the EPA. While attending school, she decided to get a head start on her new career by leaving her old one and began work at a local wholesale bakery where she honed the skills learned in the classroom. Within six months, Kathryn received commendation from the Mayor of Baltimore City and placed 3rd for a cake created in her 1st competition. Since then her cakes has also appeared in the trade magazine "American Cake Decorating".

Kathryn truly believes that desserts are meant to be eaten, savored, and enjoyed. As such, all of her desserts are made from scratch using the freshest ingredients. As a result, all of her creations are as good to eat as they are to see.

Simply Desserts LLC, which was established in 2001 is a culmination of my dreams. I am the baker, the decorator and consultant. I am the one who will be dealing with you from the first phone call to the delivery or the pick up of your dessert. It is truly my desire that you will enjoy eating my desserts as much as I enjoy creating them.
