Cake Flavors

Standard

Almond
: Moist, white cake flavored with the essence of Almonds.
Brown Sugar Spice: Brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves and ginger with a hint of nutmeg… a great choice for fall or any season.
Chocolate Fudge: Deep, dark, and delicious … addictive even for non-chocoholics.
Lemon: Moist, yellow cake bursting with lemons…a great choice for summer.
Yellow: Buttery, golden cake that is always tender and delicious.
White: Light and airy…a traditional wedding cake flavor.

Specialty
 
Banana: Sweet bananas blended with the essence of almonds make a delightful combination.  Slivered almonds can be added for an additional cost.
Coconut: Moist white cake combined with the essence of coconuts and real grated coconuts.
Pound: Dense, moist, and buttery…just like mama used to make.  Can be Vanilla or Lemon flavored.
Pumpkin Spice: Real pumpkins flavored with cinnamon and nutmeg.  Imagine the traditional pie only in cake form.  (Seasonal)

Deluxe

Carrot: Real grated carrots, crushed pineapple and coconut add a tropical twist to this traditional favorite.
Italian Cream: Moist butter cake filled with toasted pecans and sweet shredded coconut.
Nut: Ground nuts, brown sugar and other spices make this a decadent treat. Choices of nuts available are almond, hazelnut, pecan and walnut. 


Frostings

 

Standard
Italian Meringue Buttercream: Rich, whipped cooked frosting that is made with fresh butter. It can be flavored and be used as a delicious filling. (This frosting is very light and has the consistency and taste of whipped cream). Available in almond, vanilla, lemon, or mocha.

Specialty

Chocolate Buttercream: Italian buttercream with chocolate ganache added to it.

Chocolate Ganache: Frosting that is a combination of melted chocolate and cream. It can be whipped to a consistency that is suitable for filling or frosting or poured over the cake in its liquid form.

Deluxe

Rolled Fondant: Sugar dough that is rolled into a thin sheet and smoothed over the cake. It gives the cake a smooth matte porcelain look. (Rolled fondant has a dense, chewy texture and has a sweet taste that is similar in flavor to marshmallows). It is also available in chocolate or white chocolate which taste better.

White Chocolate Cream Cheese Buttercream: Rich whipped frosting that is made with butter, cream cheese, and white chocolate. (This frosting has a flavor that is similar to cheesecake).
